The only improvement this bill needs is to die and never see the light of day. We were much better off under the original FISA act. Ms. Pelosi brought the "Protect America Act " up for a vote even though she considered it to be an assault on the Constitution. It passed with the kind assistance of the Bush Dog Democrats. This was a failure of leadership by Ms. Pelosi. As Speaker she could have prevented this Republican atrocity from receiving a vote. These elected representatives took an oath to "defend the Constitution" not to wreck it.
