He gets it. Waterboarding is clearly torture and Bush, Cheney and Gonzales deserve to be prosecuted for authorizing it. Unfortunately, the new AG nominee isn't so clear about his position on waterboarding. He's not sure. Worse yet, it looks like our Democratic senator is lining up to support his nomination anyway. I supported Salazar in 2004 but after seeing his voting record over the past three years, I'm ready to give somebody else, a real Democrat, a chance.
