I'm wondering whether to get a hotel room before or after the convention. Will things be starting early early on Saturday morning? Or do they start later, and are we likely to be dog tired Saturday evening and not fit to drive 2 hours home? And what happens on the 16th? Do we delegates need to be there that day too?
