Latest News from DNC

Today we talked with Senator Obama, Governor Dean and Association of Democratic State Chairs about the upcoming campaign. Paul Tewes has joined the DNC to move us the next steps toward winning the Presidency in 2008.

Over the past 3-½ years, we have been dedicated to a 64-county strategy. Howard Dean’s leadership at the DNC supplemented our efforts through the State Partnership Program.

Today Senator Obama talked about his dedication to grassroots involvement. We will see a continued growth of our State Party through these organizing efforts.

It is an exciting time for Colorado.

We need everyone involved. Whether you supported Senator Obama or Senator Clinton, we must come together to change the landscape of the country. Thank you for participating in the process. We are dedicated to making this a victorious year for Democrats.

  1. Kevin Brookie says:

    Dear Senator Salazar,

Please take the necessary and immediate steps to open up responsible oil drilling. As an Eagle Scout and avid outdoorsman I love our wilderness areas. Today’s technology allows for low impact with oil drilling. Economic experts agree that the oil prices are due to perceived shortfalls of future supplies. Opening up responsible drilling TODAY will bring down the prices TODAY so my family will not suffer from your failed energy policies.

Any taxes levied against any business will be passed to the consumer. Look at the price of cigarettes for this obvious fact. Hard working Democrat Voting Americans are being hurt Bad by your Polar Bear Protection.

Your voting citizens need your immediate action to increase oil supply until alternative energy sources are developed.
    America will hold you accountable.
    Sincerely,
    Kevin L. Brookie

    Kevin,

“Separately, Democrats also failed to get Republican support for a proposal to extend tax breaks for wind, solar and other alternative energy development, and for the promotion of energy efficiency and conservation.”

“your failed energy policies” Do you not know who controlled Congress from 1994 to 2006? Having Lieberman sponsor McCain, makes the Senate at 50/50. We all know the Dems control the House. Do you know who has controlled the Presidency since 200? Here’s a hint, it’s not the Democrats.

    Sincerely,
    Reality
